These descriptions explain the types of support we welcome enquiries about; they do not guarantee that every service or arrangement is currently available. Social workers and other professionals are welcome to contact us to discuss a potential referral. We will consider the person’s needs, desired outcomes, availability and which provider would deliver the support before anything is agreed.
